What exactly am I buying?

Fragmento sells premium travel atomizers refilled by hand with 100% authentic fragrance, sourced directly from authorized retailers and official distributors — never diluted, never counterfeit.

How big are the atomizers?

Our standard decants are available in 2ml, 5ml, 8ml, and 10ml. We also offer selected sealed full bottles in their original size — the exact options are listed on each product page.

Is this the same fragrance as the original bottle?

Yes. Every atomizer is filled with the genuine, unmodified fragrance from the original bottle — same formula, same concentration, same batch quality.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days across Portugal and the EU. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Can I return a fragrance I don’t like?

Yes — we offer 30-day no-questions-asked returns as long as the atomizer is at least 50% full and in its original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across the EU. For orders outside the EU, contact us at hello@fragmento.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

How do I create an account?
