Referral rules
These are the complete Fragmento programme rules. They apply to every link and commission.
1. Commission
Commission is 5% of eligible product value. Shipping, additional fees, discounts and refunded amounts do not earn commission.
2. Attribution
The last valid referral link visited is associated with the browser for 30 days. A later visit through another valid link replaces the previous attribution.
3. No self-referral
You cannot earn commission on your own purchases or create accounts or orders to bypass this rule.
4. Statuses
After payment is confirmed, commission is pending. It becomes available when the order is marked delivered. If the order is cancelled or refunded, commission is reversed.
5. Currencies
EUR and GBP balances are kept separately and are never converted automatically.
6. Payouts
Payouts are processed manually. Contact us when you have available balance to arrange payment. We may request the details needed to confirm identity and make the transfer.
7. Fair use
Fraud, spam, misleading advertising or programme abuse may lead to link suspension and reversal of improperly earned commissions.
