When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to process orders, provide customer support, send order updates, and — if you opt in — send you news about new arrivals and offers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember the contents of your cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your account data is stored securely with Supabase, and payments are handled by Stripe — both use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to what is required to operate the service.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@fragmento.com. If you are in the EU, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
