1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fragmento website and your purchase of products from us. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
Fragmento sells premium atomizers filled with 100% authentic fragrance, sourced from authorized retailers and official distributors. Product images and descriptions are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. Prices can be displayed and charged in Euros (EUR) or Pounds Sterling (GBP), according to the selected currency, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping times and our 30-day return policy are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fragmento is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Referral programme
The referral programme pays 5% of eligible product value, excluding shipping. Attribution lasts 30 days and uses the last valid link; self-referrals are not allowed. Commissions are pending after payment, available after delivery and reversed when an order is refunded. EUR and GBP balances are separate and payouts are manual.
