Delivery time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within Portugal and the EU takes 3–5 business days.

Shipping cost

Free over €50.00 or £50.00. Below that, shipping is €4.90 or £4.90, depending on the selected currency.

Every atomizer is sealed fresh and shipped in discreet, premium packaging designed to protect the fragrance and elevate the unboxing experience.

Track the status of any order at any time from My Account — no need to wait on an email.

30-day returns

Not satisfied with your fragrance? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

Condition

Atomizers must be at least 50% full and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
